John F Kennedy once said “A rising tide lifts all boats.”

So does a rising tide of women lift all – not only women, not only humans, but the whole world.

What’s required for women to rise is to radically and honestly deal with that which women have suppressed for far too long: Their emotions, their dreams, their shadows.

Patriarchy is only possible because women have played along. When 50% of the world population stands up for a different way of Being, for Gaia, for authenticity, for feeling, for value-based community and business (or rather: growness), for regeneration, and ultimately: for life, then an unsustainable culture producing robots doesn’t stand a chance.

It is time. Women are reclaiming their own authority, their voice in shaping herstory.

It starts “close in”. Right here. With you. Where and how do you suppress your aliveness and your archetypal resources by shutting down your feelings such as anger, sadness, fear and joy; by buying into the story that you are too much; by staying unconscious and serving unconscious purposes such as control and manipulation?

These may be uncomfortable questions but they are necessary if you really want to create change. For yourself first. And with you, for the world.

Let’s be that tide.
