Snake-Making Amongst Women
SNAKE-MAKING AMONGST WOMEN
WorkTalk on Tuesday, 30th May, 8-10am CEST with Julia Neumann, Sybille Biedert and Josine Rolina. EUR10-20.
A common unconscious pattern amongst women is “snake-making”: I let you shine a bit but not as much as I am. I make sure you stay small. I talk bad about you behind your back, if ever so slightly that I don’t even realise. I poison you behind your back. I secretly compete with you and undermine you.
This is part of a Woman’s shadow.
In this WorkTalk, we start from there and explore specific ways of shifting into honest, authentic, empowering collaboration amongst Women. It is an essential part of birthing Next Culture that we stop making each other small as Women and creatively collaborate.
A WorkTAlk is part presentation, part workshop, meaning there will be interactive parts requiring you to actively participate.
