I have been fortunate to come across many inspiring and skillful teachers, trainers, coaches, mentors, elders, colleagues and fellow adventurers.
My journey inward started with Voice Coaching around 2010/2011. I knew I wanted to go to the root, and not just work on the symptom of my quiet voice. Yvonne Doritz was my lucky find for that. She opened up whole dimensions for me!
Rolf Debus and his breathing sessions alongside his width of knowledge that he shared abundantly with me was an instrumental influence for me a few years after that.
In May/June 2015, I participated in “Angst am Berg“ (“Fear on the mountain“), a workshop with Michael (Samoto) Hallinger of Aufbruch-Trainings in Munich. I learned about fear and anger while walking through the Alps for a day. It was mind- and heart opening. I wanted more.
As a result, I read “Directing the Power of Conscious Feelings by Clinton Callahan. Reading this book changed my life, or rather: how I perceived life.
In November 2015, I participated in my first Expand the Box Training from Possibility Management, with Dagmar Thürnagel and Michael (Samoto) Hallinger. I took the red pill and gulped it down. I went straight into Possibility Laboratories in December, January and February after that. It propelled me to, first, travel to New Zealand in March 2016, and then emigrate there in February 2017.
I took a course in Māori Healing, Romiromi, with gentle and wise Wikitoria Oman, upon landing in New Zealand. It helped my own healing and I learned about ancestral and life force healing.
I brought Possibility Management to New Zealand together with Ana Norambuena and Georg Pollitt in 2018. I learned a lot from both of them and Ana has opened me some major doorways to radically change directions since.
On my search for the Feminine, I enrolled in a Feminine Healing 1 year programme with Jaguar Yolande Alice Carrell. It was yet again an expansive journey. I learned about womb wisdom, womb heart connection, womb massage, and more.
I participated in another 14 Possibility Laboratories over the next years, in Germany, New Zealand and Australia, amongst other things with Clinton Callahan and Anne-Chloé Destremau, which both gave me valuable and bold, uncomfortable hints spiralling my journey into unforeseen directions.
In 2019, I was taken under the wings of Māori Kaumatua (wise elder) Rākāto Te Rangiita in Tūrangi, who adopted me to his Marae for the uplifting of Mana Wāhine (the Strength of Women) and shared many stories of the land with me, as well as encouraging my spiritual development and teaching me rongoa, Māori plant knowledge. Rākāto passed away in February 2021 and I am sure he continues his work on the other side of the veil.
When I stood in front of the fire of my first Sweatlodge with Rahaman in Taupō in early 2019, I felt like I had come home. I attended his sweatlodges as often as possible and became a fire keeper for those. I also was fortunate enough to be able to go through three Hanbleceyas with him, Vision Quests in the Lakota tradition. I learn so much from being in these sacred spaces and meeting, mostly myself, but also unseen forces. The way Rahaman holds space is gentle and full of wisdom.
In April 2024, I attended Active Hope with Inna Alex, a workshop in the context of The Work That Reconnects (Joanna Macy). I was deeply touched by the clarity of the 3 layers of individual, collective, and ecological nature. The journey with Earth left me in awe of the massive experiment I am part of, hurdling through space as Gaia meeting herself.
Fellow edgeworkers that have been part of my journey for a few years already are Susanne Hutzler, Janet Redmond, Kathrin Düser, Jördis Tielsch, Millicent Haughey, and Annika Korsten – to name just a few.
And, of course, there’s my immediate family: Rainer Neumann, Irmtraut Hach-Neumann, Elisabeth Ippel, and Nio Neumann, of and with whom I learned a lot.
This account is by no means exhaustive. Countless others have impacted my today’s shape.
