Who are you when you allow life to flow, for this

Who are you when you allow life to flow, for this miraculous force to unfold through you?

It sure keeps surprising me.
When I truly let it happen and trust the next step, I end up in the most divine, inconceivable, unplanned experiences.

For example, I found myself in awe, wondering about the intelligence of life, as I sat amongst a circle of 25 powerful women this past weekend, most of which I had never seen in person or online. I sat amongst healers, midwives, soul guardians, musicians, film makers, coaches and trainers, and more. Of most of them I have no idea (yet) what they do. I do have an impression of who they are, however. I met women who are reconnecting with their roots, their indigineity, their belonging to the Earth. I met them because I followed the impulse and creation force of @birgit.frank.einfach.sein .

Without knowing each other, we all came together for the purpose of addressing our women’s shadows with each other, of making ourselves visible with all that we are, and of sharing this visibility also on screen. Stay tuned if the outcome interests you!

There was this hunger of being real with each other, of radical honesty. It wasn’t all pink and fluffy, for sure. This isn’t a walk in the park. It is a walk straight into the heart of the darkness, from which our new shapes can emerge. It was chaotic. It was divine. It was gentle. It was connective. It was triggering old mechanisms. It was real, and raw.

I came out of this immersion with a warm, open and softle heart. My life is richer from this experience.
I am touched by the Beauty of us Women in all our gentleness, wisdom, and fierce strength.

Über die Kraft der Wut (English Translation of the reel below)

Das Thema Wutkraft – also die Möglichkeit, unsere Wut als Frauen wieder wirklich zu uns zu nehmen, anstatt so zu tun, als hätten wir sie nicht – bedeutet, zu erkennen: Wut ist eine Energie.
Und diese Energie trägt Informationen in sich, die wir bewusst nutzen können.

Anstatt sie unbewusst gegen uns selbst zu richten – uns kleinzumachen, in Selbstzweifeln festzustecken, depressiv zu werden oder Groll zu hegen und ständig an anderen herumzukritisieren, über sie zu reden, statt mit ihnen – können wir lernen, sie bewusst einzusetzen:
Für Klarheit.
Für das, was wir wirklich wollen.

Wutkraft ist dabei eine unglaublich wichtige Energie – sie hält Raum, sie schafft Präsenz, und sie gibt uns Zugang zu unserer inneren Wahrheit.

Das sind einige der Themen, die mich tief bewegen und die in meinem Wirken, in Radically Alive Women sowie in meinen Coachings und Trainingsangeboten, ihren Raum finden.

On the Power of Anger

The topic of “the power of anger” — meaning the possibility, as women, to reclaim our anger instead of pretending we don’t have it — is about learning that this is an energy that actually carries information we can use consciously.
Instead of using it unconsciously against ourselves — tearing ourselves down, getting stuck in self-doubt, becoming depressed, or holding grudges and constantly criticizing others, talking behind people’s backs — we can use it consciously to claim clarity and what we truly want.

The power of anger is incredibly important as a space-holding function and as an energy we can make use of.
These are some of the themes that move me, that come together, and that also have a place in the context of Radically Alive Women, as well as in my coaching and training programs.

Integrity

Not just a word: a way of being.

Integrity is the quality of being whole onto yourself - living honestly and in alignment with your innate values, your bright principles, and your authentic, organic nature. It’s not about following rules or external expectations. It’s about showing up fully as you, with clarity, courage, and alignment.

In the words of Werner Erhard, integrity is about embodying what you say you are. And from the perspective of feminine integrity, it’s also about fluidity, receptivity, and staying attuned to your inner truth while engaging with the world.
The way this can look like is listening to, acknowledging and acting in accordance with the soft whispers within that serve as your inner compass and can so easily be overlooked and dismissed.

When you live in integrity, your life becomes a reflection of your soul’s intelligence, not someone else’s logic. This is where your magic can unfold, your beauty can shine, and you can gain traction.

My first online tutorial - a short course on Authentic Communication - is online and now complemented by a workbook.

Communication is a key aspect of our human interactions and essential for any kind of relationship, be it in your private or professional life. Authentic communication is a core leadership skill for the kind of leadership that I stand for: leadership inside out, where each person leads themselves and from there holds space for others, where we collaborate in circular, non-hierarchical structures, where group intelligence is utilised, and where feminine traits are valued just as much as masculine ones.
For that to be a real option, we need real humans that know themselves and can listen and speak from their adulthood authenticity, not from triggers and reactivity or control.

This first course gives an overview of the core aspects of communication, and focuses mainly on how to receive a message without blocking it, to get to its core. We also take a first glimpse at how to authentically speak from the wisdom of your heart.
