Especially for women, when we embrace our authenticity and dare to show ourselves in integrity from within, our femininity will emerge. It is often a quiet, delicate part of ourselves that needs fierce protection and gentle care.

I work with individuals and groups, applying different modalities, such as feelings distinctions from Possibility Management and Feelings Practitioner, as well as tools and practices that I have gathered in other contexts. I draw on the wisdom of nature, informed by Earth-based traditions such as the Lakota Sweat Lodges and Vision Quests, and my own experiences and explorations.
